About Event

Every Saturday night starting Saturday 11th June Sofitel Fiji will be offering an exclusive signature dining experience in “The Journal Lounge”. The evening will be limited to only 8 tables of 2 people.

Clients will begin their night with signature canapés, and a chilled glass of Lanson Rose Champagne whilst relaxing in the lounge before moving to their table for a 5-course degustation menu which will change weekly.
