KORO @ Hilton Fiji Beach Resort & Spa
Overview: KORO at the Hilton Fiji Beach Resort & Spa is an exclusive adults-only area, perfect for gathering with friends to eat, drink, and unwind. The name “Koro” means “village” in Fijian, and the venue features two stunning beachfront pools along with live entertainment every night. KORO now welcomes families for dinner from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM daily, while remaining an adults-only space outside of these hours. Guests can indulge in a leisurely breakfast buffet and an all-day menu featuring shared plates, while the poolside bar offers innovative cocktails, an extensive selection of wine and champagne, and a variety of chilled international and local beers.
Teppanyaki @ Radisson Blu Resort Fiji
Overview: Denarau’s first Teppanyaki restaurant invites diners to experience a unique set menu of Japanese specialties, prepared live on the grill. This exclusive dining experience is for adults only, and reservations are essential. Guests can join communal seating at either 6 PM or 8 PM, making it a lively and engaging dining option.
Rupublik @ Sofitel Fiji Resort and Spa
Overview: Experience Fiji’s newest late-night venue, Republik (ages 18+), a unique and vibrant space where socializing and dancing thrive. With an iconic dance floor and DJ booth, guests can enjoy delicious cocktails or opt for bottle service with mixers of their choice. Republik is open Wednesday through Saturday from 9 PM until late, featuring exciting theme nights: Dazzling Night on Wednesdays, Thirsty Thursday on Thursdays, and Funky Friday on Fridays.
Waitui Bar & Grill
Overview: Waitui Bar and Grill is an exclusive adults-only (ages 18+) restaurant situated within the serene Waitui Beach Club, providing a chic and stylish signature dining experience. Guests can enjoy a tempting selection of cocktails alongside premium wines and champagnes. The Executive Chef and his team focus on sourcing fresh ingredients from Fiji and neighboring regions, offering a diverse menu that features healthy, delectable dishes, as well as a fine selection of grilled meats and seafood prepared on a house-built charcoal grill.
Final Thoughts
The Sofitel hotel really has gone all out in regards to forming an adult oasis, with one section of the resort featuring accommodation, restaurants, and a private club. So, you can literally be in the hub of all the activities happening across the different resorts but also be in a quiet, peaceful retreat with all the modern luxuries. The Wyndham is a close second, in terms of its adult pool and facilities.
Several other resorts have many well-established, award-winning restaurants offering a variety of cuisines, with local and internationally recognized chefs heading up their teams. The FJ Team has always stayed at the Sofitel because it covers all the bases, and then visits some of the other resorts to enjoy the fine dining experiences and swim-up bar pools (Wyndham).
