Founded in 1977 by the late Raymond Burr, star of Perry Mason, the gardens began as his private orchid collection and have grown into a top attraction. Covering nearly 20 hectares, they feature over a thousand orchid species along with Fiji’s native plants, flowers, and trees. Guests can wander jungle paths past a large lily pond and through lush forests, enjoying the magical landscape. Perfect for a leisurely stroll or picnic, the gardens are open daily from 9 am to 5 pm with no booking required, offering a true showcase of Fiji’s natural beauty.
