Barefoot Manta Island Resort Fiji offers guests a selection of international and Fiji-inspired cuisine. Ingredients are sourced locally from the Yaswasa Islands including sustainable fresh fish with fruit and vegetables grown in the resort’s own gardens and any additional ingredients required sourced from the mainland.

There are over 40 dive sites surrounding Barefoot Manta Island Resort Fiji featuring swim-throughs, caves, coral gardens, pinnacles, and walls with the resort operating wreck & night dives too.

Barefoot Manta Island Resort Fiji’s location is unique, only a 1-minute boat ride from a Manta Ray feeding site. From April – October Fiji Manta Rays feed in a narrow nutrient-rich channel of water between Drawaqua Island (Barefoot Manta Island Resort Fiji’s location) and Naviti Island. With nature there are no guarantees but the Manta Rays are usually there every day during the season.

Ferry Transfers | Ferry operator Awesome Adventures Fiji also known as South Sea Cruises operates safe, reliable transfer service to Barefoot Manta Island Resort Fiji. Departures are from Port Denarau also known as Denarau and part of the greater Nadi area. Departing in the morning you’ll arrive before lunch. Ferry transfers include free onboard wifi plus return coach transfers from/to your Denarau or Nadi accommodation.
This scenic transfer takes you through the Mamanuca Islands before connecting with the Yasawas. You literally island-hop taking in stunning Yasawas island views and seascapes featuring resorts, beaches, and crystal clear waters. En route, you’ll meet the friendliest people in the world ‘local Fijians’.

Taking a seaplane from Nadi to Barefoot Manta Island Resort Fiji is more than a transfer, it’s a breathtaking scenic flight. Flying 450 meters above Fiji’s blue sea, coral reefs, and islands is visually spectacular. It’s possible to see turtles, sharks, and even sea snakes going about their daily life. When the sun is shining the sea is a myriad of blues turquoize, azure & aqua.
