‘Our world is a haven of miracles and wonders. There is so much out there for us to explore. Only ones who travelled will know the euphoric rush that it brings.’
Fiji sevens men’s rugby team took gold in the Tokyo Olympics, and they defended their 2016 Rio title making them back-to-back champions! In 2021, Fiji beat new Zealand 27-12 in the gold medal match at Tokyo stadium. To continue this theme we have started to create a collection of the top 7 – venues, attractions, and places to eat across Fiji. These venues have gained international recognition and breathtaking reviews within the industry.

Accommodation
Plantation-style duplex accommodation, reminiscent of the colonial era with high vaulted ceilings, provides a feeling of spaciousness and rustic elegance. Called “bures” (pronounced boo-reys – the Fijian word for house), they are fully air-conditioned, set amongst lush tropical gardens, and with many only a few lazy steps from the beach and waters edge and with full or partial ocean views.
There are only 46 bures in five different categories including 10 Island Bures, 18 Oceanview Bures, 12 Deluxe Oceanview Bures, 4 Family Bures, and 2 Tadra Beach Bures for couples/adults only. All Island, Oceanview, and Deluxe Oceanview Bures have a king bed and two single beds, ideal for a family of four or a couple. The Family Bures can sleep up to 7 people, whilst the Tadra Beach Bures have a 4-poster king bed and two daybeds.
Dining
From our selection of bars and dining venues, you can enjoy a casual snack by the beach, feast on delicious gourmet sandwiches whilst overlooking the pools and gardens, or experience relaxed evening signature dining amongst the coconut palms and stars. Executive Chef Gregory Llewellyn’s food philosophy is all about utilizing as much local and healthy produce as possible and showcasing that directly onto the plate.
