Dining at Nanuku Resort, Pacific Harbour, Fiji
The best part of working at Nanuku, according to the culinary team, is the incredible variety of sea life that surrounds the resort right in Beqa Lagoon. It’s where we get the reef trout, lobster, octopus, snapper, tuna, mahi mahi and more, sourced through specially cultivated relationships with area fishermen, that star in our inspired Pacific Rim menus. Enjoy the freshest catch of the day at our restaurants, including our signature fine-dining Kanavata Restaurant and Lounge, to an incredible treetop dining experience over the waves.  Kanavata Restaurant and Lounge | Mood is elegant and romantic | Located in the Clubhouse | Open 7am-11pm, daily.  Treetop Dining | Wai Pool Bar | In Residence Dining | Destination Dining | Cliffside Dining | Cinematic Sunset Dining
