The Chicken Express group is a modern and reputable fast food and quick service restaurant that specialize in the unique taste of deep-fried chicken and burgers. We are a fully Fijian-owned business built on the foundations of an Australian franchise company, with a history exceeding 28 years in serving our satisfied customers. Chicken Express is a nationally based restaurant all around Fiji, including Labasa (currently 12 locations in total).

The delicious menu appeals to a broad range of customers and our chicken is cooked exclusively in separate cookers to enhance the taste of our famous secret seasoning. It’s “crisp, light, and spiced just right”. Our chicken burgers are freshly made per order in-store from natural breast fillets. We also sell a range of side orders including chips, salads, and drinks.  Our promise is to deliver you a unique chicken taste that is moist, tender, and juicy, making it difficult to resist!!
