Come visit us at Tukuni for a taste of traditional flavors. All locally sourced produce is from organic farmers and fishermen around Fiji to develop authentic Fijian Farm to table tastes. The delicious foods are cooked by local rural women who have learned the skills from their elder’s recipes passed down for generations. Foods served are prepared in an earth oven (lovo), chargrilled – charcoal fish, octopus, freshwater mussels, a range of locally made curries from raw pressed pure virgin coconut oil. There is a range of salads and local desserts as well!
