Sheraton Fiji Golf & Beach Resort recognized at the prestigious Australasian HM Awards
Marriott International Fiji Hotels celebrates awards and highly commended placements at the prestigious HM Awards at The Star, Sydney on Friday 24th, November 2023. The HM Awards for Hotel and Accommodation Excellence is the leading industry awards, recognizing and celebrates top properties, departments, people, chains and brands in Australia, New Zealand, and the South Pacific. Marking its 21st year, 52 categories were presented at the awards night this year and gathered over 1000 hotel industry professionals at the gala event.
Marriott International Fiji Resorts were finalists in 14 categories and received the recognition in the following:

- Highly Commended Human Resources Associate: Ravineel Kumar, Assistant Manager Human Resources – Workforce Analytics, Sheraton Fiji Golf & Beach Resort, Sheraton Denarau Villas and Sheraton Resort & Spa, Tokoriki Island, Fiji
- Highly Commended Marketing and Communications Associate: Ravesi Konrote, Cluster Marketing Manager

A Fusion of Nature, Colour, and Culture at Sheraton Fiji Golf & Beach Resort’s Art Vibes Exhibition
Sheraton Fiji Golf & Beach Resort is hosting the “Art Vibes Exhibition,” showcasing the works of three talented artists. This exhibition offers a unique perspective on Fiji’s natural beauty, culture, and vibrant colors.
The featured artists are Kalani Muller, a photographer inspired by the ocean; Noila Souza, a Brazilian artist capturing life’s exuberance; and Arvin Sukul, whose art fuses Pacific and Indian cultural references.

Sheraton Fiji Resort host 12th World Hindi Conference
The 12th World Hindi Conference, organised by the Ministry of External Affairs in collaboration with the Fiji Government will be hosted at Sheraton Fiji Resort Denarau Island Convention Centre in Nadi from 15 to 17 February 2023. More than 1200 experts of the Indian language from across the globe will attend the prestigious conference, themed “Hindi – Traditional Knowledge to Artificial Intelligence”.
The three-day conference will be held for the first time in Nadi, Fiji, at the Denerau Island Convention Centre, which is operated by Sheraton Fiji Golf & Beach Resort. The 1200 delegates including scholars, writers and laureates who specialise in Hindi will stay at Marriott International Fiji’s luxury resorts – Sheraton Fiji Golf & Beach Resort and Sheraton Denarau Villas.
More than 50 VIPs from all around the world, including VVIP Dr. Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, Diplomat and politician serving as the Minister of External Affairs for the Government of India, will be in attendance. [Press Release PDF]
