These elements are meticulously designed to ignite joy and excitement for visitors of all ages. Prior to the grand opening, children from Malolo District School were invited to enjoy the park, and their enthusiastic reactions reflected the boundless fun awaiting future guests.
The grand opening celebration was marked by a special ceremony attended by esteemed guests, including the Taukei Nalotu and Traditional Owner of Qalito Island, Ratu Joisaia Qauqau, representatives of the local community, and the dedicated staff of Castaway Island, Fiji.
Steven Andrews, General Manager of Castaway Island, Fiji, expressed his gratitude and enthusiasm during the opening ceremony. “Today marks a truly special occasion for all of us here at Castaway Island, Fiji, as we gather to celebrate the grand opening of our new Water Park. It gives me great pleasure to extend a warm welcome to our local Chief, Ratu Joisaia Qauqau, the traditional landowners of Qalito Island, and our valued representatives of the local community and traditional owners of the waters surrounding the Mamanuca Islands,” said Andrews.

Open daily from 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM, the Water Park offers flexible and affordable pricing options. In-house guests can enjoy the park for FJD $20 for 1 hour or FJD $35 for two hours. Day trippers can dive into the fun for FJD $30 per hour. Guests will be conveniently transported between the resort and the Water Park via a dedicated transfer boat. The Water Park is open to guests aged eight and above.
