Costello is a seasoned sales and marketing professional with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and tourism industry. She has previously held Director of Sales and Marketing positions at renowned hotel brands in Fiji, including Crusoe’s Retreat, Lalati Resort, and Raffe Hotels & Resorts. Prior to joining Crowne Plaza, Costello held a key position as Business Development Manager at Novotel, located in Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast, Australia.
She brings a wealth of expertise in developing and executing effective sales strategies. Her expertise also extends to business development, leadership and management, hotel operations, stakeholder engagement, strategic marketing, and more.

Nestled on Nadi Bay’s Wailoaloa Beach, Crowne Plaza Fiji has undergone a significant refurbishment, establishing itself as a leader in upscale hospitality and raising the bar for 5-star experiences in Fiji. By 2025, the property will include 324 premium guest rooms and suites, including new wings with two-bedroom family rooms and oceanfront king suites, ten dining options, and six function spaces with a total capacity of 16,576 sq. ft., along with a retail precinct and a full-service spa.
