With over 20 years of experience, Laura has guided thousands of individuals on their personal wellness journeys. Through her platform, Live Wild NZ, she shares practices that blend traditional wisdom with modern techniques to create transformative experiences. Her global retreats and workshops are known for fostering environments of connection, empowerment, and awe. Recognized as a respected voice in the wellness space, Laura brings a heart-centered and multidisciplinary approach that aligns seamlessly with the Six Senses philosophy.
During her third residency at Six Senses Fiji, Laura will lead a series of unique and powerful sessions. These include the Wim Hof Method Fundamentals Workshop, where participants explore breathwork, mindset training, and optional cold immersion. The Live Wild Breathwork Experience offers an immersive session combining sound therapy and visualization for emotional release and inner calm. In one-on-one Root Cause Consultations, guests receive a comprehensive health assessment focusing on body systems, diet, and lifestyle to uncover underlying issues and develop a personalized wellness plan.
Laura will also guide NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest) sessions, which use breath and body scanning techniques to reduce stress and support deep relaxation. Her Living Wild – Move and Recover session incorporates movement, contrast therapy with sauna and cold plunge, and breathwork to boost recovery, energy, and stress resilience. Additionally, she will host “A Good Day Starts the Night Before,” an educational talk on sleep hygiene, supplementation, and practical tools for improving sleep quality.
